    Follow the steps below:

        Step 3 : Click on the 'View Cart' button to view your cart.
        Step 4 : Click on the 'Checkout' button to proceed with the payment.
        Step 5 : Order will be process upon payment clearance.

2. How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?   
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Pelindobooks.com together with your Order Number.
  • You can also log in to your account to check the status.

3. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?  
Pelindobooks.com do not accept any cancellation of order after it has been placed.

4. How do I check the status of my order?   
Log in to your account. You can check your order under the 'Order status' section.

5. How do I know that my order has been shipped?  
You will receive an email with shipment details after your order has been shipped. You can also log in to your account to check the status.

1. How do I make payment? 
  • We accept Bank Transfer to our BCA Account and also Credit Card (Visa,Master) and CIMB Clickpay
  • You can find details of the Bank Account number on the invoice.
  • For Bank Transfer,kindly send us a copy of the bank-in slip via fax or email to pelindo@pelangibooks.com or fax to (021)3003 0507

2. My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?  
  • All successful orders will receive a confirmation email that contains the details of your order.
  • If you have not received convirmation via email, please try placing your order again.
  • You can also contact Pelindobooks.com during office hours.
    We can double check if you might have misspelled your email address or find the reason why your order was not successful

3. How do I get my refund if the title I purchase is not available?  
We will refund directly into your preferred bank account only and not into your credit card.

1. How if I can not find book(s)?   
  • Key-in the book title or author or ISBN or keyword or item code and then click on the 'Search' button. The search engine will try to find products that have all the words you entered. 
  • If you looking for book and cannot find it in our website, please contact us here

2. What should I do if the books and products I received are defective or damaged or incorrect quantities or titles?  
  • Pelindobooks.com will check all items are in good conditions when shipped to your address
  • Please send us information along with photograph of the products to cs@pelindobooks.com withing 7 days from date of purchase.

3. What should I do if the books and products I ordered are out of stock or out of print 
Pelindobooks.com will notify you as soon as possible and advice you of the refund process.
